A seated figure, head bowed and turned away, arms crossed and resting low. The form is built from dense, directional brushwork — black sweeping over the skull and shoulders, pale ground breaking through along the forearms and hands. At the chest, a seam of acid yellow opens between the dark masses. At the base, paint drips free of the figure entirely. The body is legible only in parts — posture before anatomy, weight before surface. Where brushstrokes align, the figure coheres; where they diverge, it opens. The drips at the lower edge are not accident: they mark the point where material stops performing as body. What remains above that line holds its form through accumulation alone.
