These terms govern the sale of artworks from SaintPixel through this online store.

Products
All artworks are printed on demand. Each print is produced individually when an order is placed.

Prices
Prices are indicated in EUR, taxes included.
As a micro-enterprise under French law, VAT is not applicable (Art. 293 B of the French Tax Code). Orders outside Europe and North America may be subject to customs duties or local taxes upon delivery, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We accept card payments via Shopify Payments and other methods indicated at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery
Production and delivery are fulfilled by our partner Gelato. Estimated delivery times: 5–10 business days depending on destination. Delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy.
Because artworks are printed on demand, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except in cases of defect or damage.

Intellectual property
All artworks remain the intellectual property of SaintPixel. No reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is allowed without prior consent.

Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
