Return & Refund Policy
Because each artwork is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. Please read carefully the conditions below.
Defective or damaged products
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or a refund. Photographic evidence may be required.
Wrong address / undeliverable packages
Orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because they were not collected or refused by the customer, cannot be reshipped.
A new order must be placed at the customer’s expense.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
According to EU law, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to products that are made to order or clearly personalized.
Since all SaintPixel artworks are printed on demand, they are considered customized products. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or returned once production has started, except in cases of defect or damage.
How to request a return

Send an email to contact@saintpixel.shop with your order number and photos if applicable.

Wait for confirmation and instructions before sending anything back.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Shipping costs

If the return is due to our mistake (defect, damage, wrong item): we cover all costs.

If the return is due to change of mind (when applicable under EU law): the buyer covers the return shipping.
